Hyperterm (windows default terminal application prior to Vista) does not
send mtime, mode or remaining files. Some embedded applications rely on
this behavior and using a proper Ymodem protocol upsets them.

This is a quick hack to make lsz mimic hyperterm behavior on YMODEM sends
and make the other party happy.
