GNOME Shell 44 regressions

I'd imagine you've already seen this, but there are some new issues with the quick menu in GNOME 44:

Yes.. I will sort this out along with the other issues once I got the time to update the shell theme for 44.

Using this issue to track all GNOME Shell 44 regressions now.

One more thing is the top panel border, as mentioned in #211

I have finally pushed fixes for all GNOME 44 regressions that I noticed. Sorry about the long delay. Also, please let me know if you notice anything else that I missed.

It may be awhile until I can publish a new release due to an issue I have when generating the png assets, so for now you'll just have to build the theme from git.
