Request: make yas--define-parents public API #299

If you only want define parent modes, this is easier than making a directory for the .yas-parents file.

BTW, you have ".yas.parents" in the document. I suppose it should be ".yas-parents":

I'll have to analyse this very well, it's not clear for me, for example, when users would be allowed to add parents to a mode. It would almost always need a full reload. Why do you find .yas-parent so bad?

BTW I'm trying to do a complete rewrite of the documentation, as a part of #198, will take care of that there.

Cases I have in mind:

  1. Library author who wants to set parent modes or provide a configuration helper function to do that.
  2. Setup parent modes for mode having non-regular characters such as /.
