I am trying to connect with TNS name, and it is not working.
I even tried with connection string also, but it is still not working.
I even tried recompiled source code passing hard-coded values to createConnection in oracle_bindings.cpp, to eliminate chances of file encoding issues
But, TNS Ping is working fine.
Following is the output of the TNS Ping
TNS Ping Utility for 32-bit Windows: Version 188.8.131.52.0 - Production on 14-APR-2014 17:33:00
