This PR migrates the sending of transactional email from Mailgun to Postmark. Last month railsdevs sent 1187 (!) transactional emails and the Mailgun free plan is for 1000, so I was charged $1.29.
If I'm going to start paying for something I'd rather support Postmark and Wildbit, a bootstrapped company like railsdevs.
