First: fantastic work. And even more fantastic for making it open source.

I'm a member of a bunch of organizations (nodejitsu, flatiron, etc) and after I sign-in with Github and select "Import from Repo" it only shows a list of repositories associated with my personal Github account.

First: Thanks Charlie! I hope you and your team and Nodejitsu find some use for Dillinger. =)

In regards to your issue, this may not be a Dillinger issue but a limitation of the API:

http://developer.github.com/v3/oauth/

After a quick review of the oAuth section and the orgs section I didn't see anything beyond allowing you to pull in MD files from your personal account. Maybe file a help request ticket with the Github support team to see if it is possible to see repos from organizations via the API after authenticating with one's personal account?

@indexzero

Yeah, seems like a limitation in the @github API

:/

Shitty, close the issue or should we leave open as a feature request?

@indexzero

Yeah, lets leave it open.

Maybe if I summon @github again (or someone directly like @technoweenie) then somone will respond to this issue. That would be super sweet.

Argh, this is a huge step that would increase the awesomeness of this tool exponentially!

@dgm yes I believe so. when this issue was originally opened, they didn't have this supported in their API. take a stab at it!
