This is just a "rough cut". I worked with the commands dir approach and cmd refresh which was a great way to quickly prototype these commands.

Please let me know how you want me to take things forward with these commands. Thanks!

(do note this is a "rough cut": which means we'll probably want to reorganize and think-through these commands, their options, etc. I don't mind if you butcher them. ;) )

I propose we also have a rm -rf command that eats the browser :)
