Two changes to tiling placement:

  • Windows are constrained to be fully within the bounding box (ie current display)
  • Extra tile positions along the lower/right edges of the bounding box, tried last

Do not tile outside bounding box.
Imposes maximum cost if part of the window falls outside bounding box.
With multihead, this constrains placement to the active display, and
stops windows falling across display boundaries.
Try tiling on lower/right bounding box edges.
These are the last positions tried, allowing partial-overlap positions
aligned to an edge when no natural tile positions are as clear.
