By word, by it's title and/or description, if it's inside the content.

Consider implementing, or, rather, using a levenstein diff package, and sort the values by priority, after the filter, if the title has the content, it will have a higher priority than if the description has it. If levenstein diff is used, consider a new implementation for this sorting algorithm.

Also, take notice, or into account rather, that the levenstein difference usage may be toggled by the user as sort of advanced filtering, with an almost checkbox.
