Heroku CLI plugin that generates a Heroku ready Rails application

heroku plugins:install https://github.com/johnbeynon/heroku-rails-new.git

Running

heroku new:rails [APP_PATH]

What it does

Generates a new Rails application (depends on installed version) and then runs my heroku-rails-template against the new application.
