1500 byte PPPoE sessions on device as router

See a152ea3 & 00af8a2 for changes, only useful if you wish to use a VMG1312 or VMG8924/8324 as either:

Router/modem - connected to the ADSL/VDSL line and performing as a router, PPPoE sessions are established with full 1500 bytes.

Router - connected to a modem (that supports 1508 ethernet frame payloads) via WAN port (Red on 8x24, LAN4 on 1312), the same.

Naming as per https://github.com/johnson442/custom-zyxel-firmware/releases/tag/V1.0 with addition of pppd. Attached releases have been tested on hardware to function as stated, but always know where your serial adapter is!

Thanks to StrifeLeonhart for inspiring some more tinkering with these devices, not sure how many people are still using them - but might be useful for testing to someone. 😄
