added feature for "git notes edit" #121

tig is useful tool for viewing daily software updates.
I'd like to take a memo while reading new commits with tig.

default keymap is "T".
It's taken from "notes". but "n", "N", "o", "O", "t" are already taken as keymap.
So I choice "T".
But I'm not think it as best choice.
It needs more discussion, I think.

Unless there is a really good reason, I prefer not to add new external commands/run requests.
It is quite easy for users to drop this into their ~/.tigrc, so what if we added your example to the manual?

OK. I see.

I can do that with ~/.tigrc

 bind generic T !git notes edit %(commit)
