Feature request: builtin /favicon.ico #87

My browser seems to always ask for /favicon.ico and never finds one:

127.0.0.1 - - [22/Feb/2014 07:11:48] "GET /favicon.ico HTTP/1.1" 404 -

Perhaps klaus could have an internal shortcut icon to serve up.

The main issue here is that it doesn't have a logo. :)

I'm definitely not a designer, but it could be something as simple as this. :)

I don't think "klaus" needs to be part of the logo. Maybe something simple that represents git/dvcs (fork, +-, ...)

That's fine with me. :)

Otherwise Google Images returns a host of possibilities for a “git logo” search.

I'd stick with the official git logo, if it just has to represent the git features and not klaus specific.
