Implement an automation (node-red) which turns on certain lights when someone comes home in the hours of darkness.

Montors if someone enters the home ringfence zone
Checks if the hours of darkness are active.
Certain lights are turned on
After a specified amount of time the lighting is returned back to the original state before autotomation.
