Describe the bug
According to a report on Vogons, CTMOUSE serial support doesn't recognize serial mouse emulation

When int33=false, mickeys per movement were not initialized and prevented serial mouse emulation from sending any motion.

Fixed.

Working serial mouse motion with CTMOUSE and the /S1 option.
