Using @lstearns86's new mouseover code (#325), add in mouseover to talk and project thumbnails on landing page.

@lstearns86: I tried to use your new code on the landing page. See this branch: https://github.com/jonfroehlich/makeabilitylabwebsite/tree/adding-hover-to-landing-page. However, while I could get the hover zoom to work, the overlay opacity and text did not work. Could you help me fix this?

Also, I changed the opacity CSS from using percentages to fractions as my IDE complained that percentages were not standard CSS.
