  1. v0.0.5 - resurrected.

    There might actually be some value in having a stream-like
    abstraction that simply blocks the buffer stream so that
    each 'data' event is a single line.
    
    So, I have removed the deprecation warnings.
    
    This interface also adds proxies for methods on the encapsulated stream.

  6. Introduce lines-adapter, a node.js module for evented line-oriented IO.

    A 'data' event is emitted for each line in the adapted input byte stream.
