Final message state received in the receipt gets converted to its full name counterpart before getting transmitted in DLR to SMPP client.

Apparently, message state is converted to a constant whose mapped value is later used for generating a DLR for SMPP user, whereby providing a non standard value:

Current values:
message_state_name_map = {
'ENROUTE': 0x01,
'DELIVERED': 0x02,
'EXPIRED': 0x03,
'DELETED': 0x04,
'UNDELIVERABLE': 0x05,
'ACCEPTED': 0x06,
'UNKNOWN': 0x07,
'REJECTED': 0x08,
}

Standard defined values:
message_state_name_map = {
'ENROUTE': 0x01,
'DELIVRD': 0x02,
'EXPIRED': 0x03,
'DELETED': 0x04,
'UNDELIV': 0x05,
'ACCEPTD': 0x06,
'UNKNOWN': 0x07,
'REJECTD': 0x08,
}
