When I couldn't figure out where to put the files, Gunjan Patel pointed me to https://github.com/joomla/coding-standards/tree/master/IDE So I think this page should be mentioned here.
I had put it in the wrong place, should be correct now.

Add information about setting IDEs autoformatters
This pull moves the autoformatters info to the bottom to avoid confusing it with the PHPcs info
