Exclude option non-functional #185

The fpm command line script still provides the -x/--exclude option but doesn't do anything with it.

Jordan, are there plans to resurrect the feature with the new code or do you want to deprecate that?

It should be made to work again, it's useful (especially when converting packages and such)
