Suffix option -S does not work as expected #275

Trying to add a suffix onto a python package as described in the python section of the wiki does not work as expected. No error is produced but the package name is not changed.

Using --python-package-name-prefix works ok

ruby vers 1.9.1
fpm vers 0.4.20

OS is Redhat 5.8

Confirm this bug with ruby 1.8.7, fpm 0.4.33, OS CentOS 6.3.
