set umask when building rpm from -s python #356

while building an rpm from -s python this evening, i found that the file permissions in build/ were not being honored by fpm. if i set umask before building the package however, the resulting rpm returned the correct file permissions i was expecting.

Permissions are stupid. CHMOD 777 FOR ALL.

You can specify permissions using the --rpm-use-file-permissions flag or --rpm-{user,group} flag.
