If fpm encountered a symlink to a directory is marked it as a directory in the spec file and rpmbuild was erroring out. This fixes that by checking for symlinks and not adding them to the directory list.

If there was a symlink to a directory fpm was incorrectly marking this
as a directory in the spec file and rpmbuild was erroring out. This
fixes that by checking for symlinks and not adding them to the directory
list.
