Using tailwind typography plugin does not work well because it leaks styles into demos, affecting how the components should appear.
It unwraps HTML present in the markdown as well as Docfy Demos. This way we can use components and demos inside of the documentation without having the markdown styles affect.

I'm super excited to open this PR as a draft. This has been in the works for a long time (Docfy was built for this in mind).
