-watch flag doesn't work #1

When running with -watch /directory, the command should be ran anytime a fs modification is triggered.

$ ./tickerd -interval=1h -watch /tmp -- echo "tmp changed"

I'm probably not using the fsnotify library correctly.

It'd also be great if the -watch flag worked without specifying an -interval.
