The URL for the documentation in the README.md should be http://dynesty.readthedocs.io/ not dynesty.readthedocs.io. Currently it interprets the latter as a local file.

Good catch. The actual site is empty as of now, so I'll get around to fixing this once I've uploaded some documentation.
