We are using use_frameworks!, so I suppose that explains why the headers disappeared. But why would it fail to build?

CocoaPods 0.38.2 deletes public headers

I seem to be having this same issue with CocoaPods 0.38.2. When I run pod install or pod update, my public headers get deleted.
