This removes from smartos-live all manual pages that were dropped from illumos-gate because the software was removed, rather than for other reasons.

It adds to the smartos-live manifest those manual pages which used to be in the illumos-joyent manifest, but should have been here.

This depends upon joyent/illumos-joyent#1, which must be applied first (or you'll try to double-deliver manual pages, and builder will fail). The same caveat re: testing as there applies here, too.

(I have no idea why github is refusing to show the src/manifest diffs, which are the important part)

@richlowe richlowe man: Remove manpages for absent components
Various manual pages which used to be in the man consolidation didn't
make it to Illumos because they're unrelated, or because they were for
EOF'd components. Don't deliver them at all.

The reason that it doesn't show src/manifest is that file is no longer in the repo. Now each sub-repo delivers a manifest snippet which is merged together into the file manifest.gen via the gmake manifest target and ./tools/build_manifest.

Sure, but smartos-live/src/manifest is the manifest for the
smartos-live component, and is still there.

My mistake, misread. Sorry.
