To help people prevent from the threat of fatty-liver, Liverwell helps you accomplish the goal of 15-minute workout per day by providing easy workouts based on three different scenarios. Personal progress/weight tracking, helpful health-related tips are a plus to help you gain better understanding for the health journey.

Based on your work schedule, display home page with three different status: Working, Resting and Before Sleep, and sugget workouts accordingly.
- Working: 5-minute stretch exercises that can be done in office
- Resting: easy training for time relaxing at home, e.g. the one you can do while watching tv, and the one you can do to ease back pain. Choose the workout duration according to your need.
- Before Sleep: stretch exercies to help you relax and have better sleep.
