  1. Moved samples, added organization, broke everything.

This commit breaks everything as it is not finished yet. How ever it is
more organized and ready to have actual work done to it.

Decided to implement the animations as a series of keyframe percentages
as opposed to a series of animations composing a single one. The
overhead of the JavaScript was too high and caused issues when trying
to play the same animation twice on two different elements.

This way is better, but will take more time to implement. But I'll get
    there.

  1. Added a few sections to the readme.

Added dependencies section and an examples section. Examples still need
    to be written!

  2. Few minor changes.

Floats are now treated as pixel values as well as Fixnums. Need to
refactor out that logic and make it configurable, ie. default to pixels
or percentages, or whatever. (You can override manually by using
strings but then you lose simple math capabilities.

Added indexing operators to CSSClass so you don't have to go through
the rules property, just to make the code a little less verbose.

Added default ease-in-out for the animation timing function. Will need
to change this to be configurable from the options parameter of
CSSAnimation#animation, but I'll get to that later as I'll probably
only want ease-in-out for the foreseeable future.

  2. Made it work, added an example

Made everything work. Changed class variables to a hash called @rules
on the CSSClass… class. Added export capability for the CSS and
JavaScript files. Added an example of how it works.

  1. Added concept 1

This is a concept interface to how I want all of the code to look. It's
a WIP, just jotting down some thoughts now so I can start on the
    implementation later tonight.

  2. Generate some basic changes.

Added logic to generate some basic changes. Won't do anything to crazy
yet, but will generate a bunch of simple animations as testing starts
    kicking in.
