missing resources

Hi,
while porting redak text editor (0.5.x) I noticed that some icons are missing :

How can this been fixed ?
creating new icons?
for now let me suggest to add "TODO" icons on missing ones which are in meego standards ?

Anyway I did use other ones for redak ...
