AJAX File Upload not working on .live('change', fcn)

This wasn't overlooked properly, so I'll give all pieces of code:

                <form id="logoform" method="POST" enctype="multipart/form-data" action="db/changelogo.php">
                    <h2>Your Corporate logo to be displayed on the left.<h2>

                    <div id="displaylogo">
                    </div>
                    <h2>Browse your computer</h2>                       
                    <input type="file" name="yourlogo" id="yourlogo"/>
                    <br/><br/><br/><br/>
                </form>

$("#yourlogo").live('change', function() {
    $("#logoform").ajaxSubmit(function() {
        alert("Logo");
    });
});

I want the image to appear in the div "displaylogo" But the AJAX request is not working. Any reasons as to why this happens?

Like it doesn't display the Alert... Despite using the ajaxSubmit call.
