Using outerWidth with tables can yield uncertain results #143

Pertaining to entry http://api.jquery.com/outerWidth/

User comment:
"outerWidth does not seem to take account of td border when border-collapse:collapse is in effect. Which kind of makes sense - a collapsed border doesn't really belong to either cell - but it's probably worth mentioning; it took me a while to puzzle it out. Demo: http://jsfiddle.net/mikecapp/rgRtx/"

Upon inspection at dev summit, group noted:
"Need documentation explaining that using outerWidth (or really any CSS-related methods) with tables can be problematic and yield unexpected results."
