When linking from a page with a fixed footer which has been scrolled to a new page with a fixed footer, the footer on the next page does not sit at the bottom. It is offset by the height of the navigation bar

Steps are:

On iphone in multipage template
Open page with a fixed footer - Safari navigation bar auto hides
Scroll window so the navigation bar appears
Click back or link to another page
The navigation bar disappears again but the footer is offset by the height of the navigation bar and so sits 50px ish above the bottom of page
Scroll window and the footer jumps to the bottom

@adriancd

Are you referring to 1.0.1 or the 1.1.0 release candidate? A sample at jsbin.com would be helpful.

Sorry, RC 1.1.0, will try and do a sample but it is just fixed footer in a basic multipage template

@adriancd - If this is still an issue with 1.1 final, mind creating a test page using this template: http://jsfiddle.net/Cu9Bw/7/embedded/result/

I think it is ok now. Occasionally see a fixed footer out of position when returning to a page but it almost always repositions a moment later

Thanks, closong as fixed. There is another issue for that brief jump.
