Listviews + Collapsibles glowing corners are back

Listviews and collapsibles gets again "glowing corners" (like issue #2528),
but only if the containing page is the first one (so it is kept in the dom) and it is showed a second time.

addition: If a page is held in the dom e.g. with data-dom-cache=true, contains "button driven" items as mentioned above and it is shown a second time, the same issue is visible.
