Issue: Buttons with class ui-disabled can still be activated with "Enter".

Sample page: http://jquerymobile.com/test/docs/buttons/buttons-types.html

Steps to reproduce: Use the "Tab" key to navigate to the disabled button example and press "Enter".

Tested on: Linux/Chrome19, Linux/FF12 and Win/Chrome19.

See also #3058. Maybe we can look at both issues at once.

Also noticed that input fields act the same way
