When using an ordered list and the start attribute is set to anything other than 1, the list still always start off at 1. For example:

<ol data-role="listview" start="50">
<li><a href="#">Item 1</a></li>
<li><a href="#">Item 2</a></li>
<li><a href="#">Item 3</a></li>
</ol>

Produces:

1. Item 1
2. Item 2
3. Item 3

When it should produce:

50. Item 1
51. Item 2
52. Item 3
