hi @abdulwaheed-mz

Can you test with latest stable version (1.1.1.) and latest code on branch master?

1.1.1.: http://code.jquery.com/mobile/1.1.1/jquery.mobile-1.1.1.js
Latest code: http://code.jquery.com/mobile/latest/jquery.mobile.js
(replace .js by .css for the CSS)

If the problem is still visible, can you provide a test page. See https://github.com/jquery/jquery-mobile#issues for our JSBin template.

@abdulwaheed-mz - Sorry, but that's not possible.

I've tested this issue on iPod touch 4. generation, iPhone 4S, and iPad 2 + 3, all on iOS 5.1,
with this fiddle http://jsfiddle.net/MauriceG/pNR4u/show/light/
in browser and in web-app mode.

I cannot see the described issue with fixed footers either with static or dynamic injected pages.

Thanks @MauriceG for testing!

@abdulwaheed-mz - This must be a problem in your code and not a bug. You can post on the forum https://forum.jquery.com/jquery-mobile to get help with solving your issue.
