Use case :

  • Phonegap 2.0.0 + jQm 1.2.0 Beta
  • Android build performed with Eclipse

If a folder name starts with an undescore, Phonegap fails to load the contained files

Tested on the demos contained in jQM 1.2.0 Beta download :
docs/_assets/js/jqm-docs.js doesn't load whereas docs/assets/js/jqm-docs.js loads properly

@toddparker

Do you think this a problem with our code or something with PhoneGap? Hard to tell.

@coheractio

Actually it seems to come from Android (http://code.google.com/p/android/issues/detail?id=5343) but it is not obvious to find out when running jQM.

My suggestion would be to document it on jQM website and simply rename the "_assets" folder into "assets". This will save time for others.
