There seems to be an inconsistency in the docs in the way users should attach an event handler to an event triggered by a widget. In all form elements and listviews, the docs say to attach it using the widget name:

 $( ".selector" ).collapsible({
    create: function(event, ui) { ... }
 });

in popups and dialogs, this is documented with the use of bind (or on)

 $( ".selector" ).bind({
    popupbeforeposition: function(event, ui) { ... }
 });

which is correct? are both supported?
The test case http://jsbin.com/uzaret/478/edit seems to indicate that the use of the widget name does not always work (does not work in this case)
