I thought that jQM now supported core 1.9.1 and if so, I am having an issue with radio buttons. I found the same issue with 1.3.0 RC1

Chrome 24.0.1312.57 on the desktop (Win7) & Safari iOS 6.1.2

with 1.9.1

Top 2 groups inside of div. bottom two inside of fieldset. (1 example shown.)

with 1.8.2

All else should be the same. The 1.9.1 version renders correctly inside of a fieldset but not inside of a div. Both with data-role="controlgroup".

This happens on webkit, because it passes null attribute values into the DOM as strings. It's fixed now and the fix will be available in 1.3.1. In the meantime, the only choice is to either put checkboxes/radio buttons inside forms or inside fieldsets.

The fix: 675e0dc on master and 53e9687 on 1.3-stable.
