Popup Widget Events Passed as init Options are Immediately Executed #5958

For example if I pass an afteropen event on widget creation:

$( "<div></div>" ).popup({
    afteropen: function() { console.log( "afteropen" ); }
});

That handler will fire immediately, before the popup is actually opened. The same occurs for the other popup events.
