FF 20: Two vertical scrollbars #6024

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Visit http://view.jquerymobile.com/master/demos/widgets/popup/ in FF 20 on the desktop.

At this point, the page that loads has two vertical scrollbars: The inne rone is slightly larger than the page, and the outer one is the length of the page.

I suspect this has to do with the wrapping done by the panels.

It's because bottom: 0; for the footer has been removed from the custom CSS 7abc720#L0L644
I fixed this in branch "next".
