List view filter does not remove list dividers without items #6702

In JQM 1.40RC1, if you have a filtered listview with dividers, when you enter some filter text, unfiltered items are properly removed. However, empty dividers are still displayed, even though they should be removed as well (behavior in JQM 1.3).

Thanks for reporting the issue. This was supposed to be fixed, see #6261. @gabrielschulhof can you look into this?

This issue seems still to appear. The solution (adding data-hidedividers="true") from #6261 doesn't work for me. I also tried this with the current git version of JQM.
