Move $.mobile.focusPage into page widget and deprecate #6929

There's really no point in having this method inside js/jquery.mobile.navigation.js. It is a case similar to $.mobile.changePage and $.mobile.loadPage, only that those are now served by the pagecontainer, not the page.
