Merge branch '2.0-attributes-rebased'
* 2.0-attributes-rebased:
  2.0: Remove getSetAttribute and getSetInput and oldIE attroperties hooks
  Resolved conflict
  2.0: Remove style->cssText attroproties fallback
  Remove outdated support tests
  2.0: Remove support.optSelected
  2.0: Remove oldIE enctype propFix
