This will allow us to use webdriver for those times we'd prefer an e2e test.

Took me a minute to remember this one.

As I recall purpose of this ticket was/is implementation of the same testing infrastructure we have in sizzle - running tests in multiple browsers via browserstack through travis without using TestSwarm.
