Relaxed "play" function parameter validation in emulated FMPDRV.EXE for "The Horde" game compatibility

Current Tested Game Compatibility:

• Return to Zork
• Lord of the Rings
• The Horde (Incomplete: Video Quality is Garbage)

Known Issues:

• Incomplete ReelMagic driver API; game compatibility limited because of this
• Minor video artifacts sometimes occur across all games.
