Add in Unreal support to GAMS #68

-- 'unreal' flag which will download unreal and airsim to $GAMS_ROOT/UnrealEngine & $GAMS_ROOT/AirSim when passed in together with the 'prereqs' flag
-- 'airlib' flag which will tell GAMS to link with AirLib and include the platforms/AirLib* platforms to the GAMS build (careful, using this without having $AIRSIM_ROOT configured/AIRSIM installed will give you grief, as should be expected when trying to use something thats not installed)
-- ' --platform unreal-quad' option which will generate projects which can be launched in unreal
-- ' --platform unreal-quad --agents $N' which will configure and set up a settings.json for users to scale to $N agents when running AirSim, as well as scale the GAMS algorithm to equally match that number of agents
