Hey. Here is a C port to stm32 but without that weird HAL or SPL libraries. I have chosen Keil MDK for that. Mostly because of compatibility: since interfaces for drivers are declared on higher level than implementation, not only is it compatible with any of stm32 but also with any of the devices listed on MDK Software page.
